Job Description:**Marketing & Executive Assistant (Junior Strategist) Position**
**We Bespoke Marketing,** a UK-established agency with operations in Cairo, Egypt, seeks a motivated and resourceful individual to fill the full-time, in-person role of Marketing & Executive Assistant (Junior Strategist). We Bespoke Marketing provides comprehensive growth partnership services to a growing portfolio of UK-based local service businesses, guiding clients through a structured five-stage process encompassing: Research & Direction, Branding, Digital Assets, Outreach, and Automation & Systems.
**Responsibilities:**
The successful candidate will work directly with the agency founder, contributing to both administrative tasks and marketing execution across all facets of the business. Specific responsibilities include:
* **Research & Direction:** Conducting market and competitor research, performing keyword analysis, compiling case studies and insights, and assisting in the preparation of marketing proposals.
* **Branding:** Providing support in brand strategy development, assisting with brand book creation and documentation, and contributing to the visual presentation of ideas using tools such as Canva.
* **Digital Assets:** Assisting in the setup and development of websites using platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or Go HighLevel (training provided), supporting Google Business Profile listings and landing pages, and aiding in website content management and updates.
* **Outreach:** Scheduling and managing basic SEO, email marketing, and Google Ads campaigns, assisting with lead tracking and CRM updates, and supporting social media content planning and management.
* **Automation & Systems:** Building and managing workflows using Go HighLevel, organizing data and operations in Google Sheets, and supporting internal systems development and basic automations.
**Qualifications:**
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
* Residence in Cairo, Egypt (in-person role).
* Proficiency in technology and a strong aptitude for learning new software and tools.
* Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Comfort level handling both administrative and creative tasks.
* A keen interest in marketing, branding, and digital business growth.
**Desired Attributes (Not Required):**
* Experience with design tools such as Canva or Figma.
* Experience with Webflow, WordPress, or landing page builders.
* Familiarity with CRM tools, Go HighLevel, or automation platforms.
* Understanding of SEO, email marketing, or lead generation principles.
* Technical or software background.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
