This role combines hands-on campaign coordination, content planning and digital enablement to help drive brand visibility, client engagement and business development outcomes.Working closely with the Growth Marketing Lead and broader marketing team, the Marketing Assistant ensures that content and campaign assets are delivered to a high standard, on time and aligned with Lockton’s strategic priorities.Campaign Coordination & ExecutionSupport the planning and delivery of multi-channel integrated marketing campaignsCoordinate timelines, deliverables and stakeholder input to ensure smooth execution. Lead and own small to medium marketing campaigns and projects from planning through execution, ensuring accountability for timelines, budgets and deliverables. Liaise with creative, digital, events and communications teams to produce campaign assets. Maintain and oversee marketing and communication calendars, ensuring alignment with business priorities and visibility across teams. Content Support & EnablementCollaborate with marketers and subject matter experts to gather input for content development. Draft, edit and adapt marketing content including blog posts, social media copy, emailers and internal communications. Maintain content calendars and ensure alignment with business priorities. Digital Marketing SupportAssist in the execution of paid and organic campaigns across platforms such as web, PPC, LinkedIn and email. Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights to inform optimisation. Support the use of marketing tools including HubSpot, Google Analytics and Foleon. Brand & ComplianceEnsure all content and materials adhere to Lockton’s brand guidelines, tone of voice and compliance standards. Assist in the development and maintenance of branded marketing materials. Collaboration & LearningContribute to marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing execution. QualificationsStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills. Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns and content development. Familiarity with digital channels and tools (LinkedIn, email platforms, CMS, analytics). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow. 3+ years experience in a marketing role within professional or financial services
