**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Marketing Executive to contribute to our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will demonstrate a profound interest in health and wellness, possess a comprehensive understanding of both digital and traditional marketing methodologies, and exhibit the ability to effectively communicate our brand narrative. This role will be instrumental in expanding our community, enhancing brand recognition, and fostering customer engagement through the implementation of inventive marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement marketing campaigns that are aligned with Wild & The Moon’s core values and strategic objectives.
* Oversee the management of social media platforms, encompassing content creation, scheduling, and community interaction.
* Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
* Plan and coordinate brand activations, strategic alliances, and event sponsorships.
* Liaise with the Public Relations department to secure media coverage and facilitate influencer collaborations.
* Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
* Support the development of promotional materials, in-store branding initiatives, and customer loyalty programs.
* Maintain a current awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within the Food & Beverage, lifestyle, or wellness sectors.
* Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing, social media dynamics, and content creation.
* Experience in event planning, partnership development, and influencer marketing is advantageous.
* A genuine passion for health, wellness, and sustainability.
