Position Overview:

The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy for our group, overseeing multiple brands and ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing, exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English, and a strong understanding of digital media and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy Development:

  – Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop comprehensive marketing strategies for each brand within the group, aligned with overall business objectives.

  – Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

  – Develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

2. Social Media Management:

  – Manage all social media platforms for the group’s brands, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

  – Plan and execute both organic and paid social media campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.

  – Create compelling content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, tailored to each platform and audience.

3. Digital Media Campaigns:

  – Plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns across various channels, including display advertising, PPC, and SEM.

  – Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  – Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure effective campaign execution.

4. Content Creation and Management:

  – Oversee content production for all marketing channels, including social media, website, email, and advertising.

  – Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop engaging and relevant content that resonates with the target audience.

  – Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all marketing communications.

5. Marketing Calendar and Event Planning:

  – Develop and maintain a marketing calendar outlining key campaigns, promotions, and events for each brand.

  – Plan and coordinate marketing events, activations, and sponsorships, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand objectives.

  – Evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and events and make recommendations for future improvements.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

  – Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals.

  – Communicate effectively with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.

  – Provide regular updates and reports to the Marketing Director on campaign performance, KPIs, and budget utilization.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a multi-brand or agency environment.

– Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Proven experience in managing digital media and social media campaigns, including paid advertising and organic content.

– Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).

– Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.

– Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

– Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.

– Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.

– Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
