Job Description:**Subject: Marketing Director Opportunity**

The organization seeks a Marketing Director to lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team and direct comprehensive marketing, communications, and public relations activities. This role requires the formulation and implementation of innovative strategies that uphold the organization’s heritage and future aspirations.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that effectively engage diverse audiences, encompassing both global hospitality markets and culturally significant destinations in Makkah and Madinah. This position necessitates significant international travel, direct interaction with global partners, and high-level representation of the organization’s portfolio on a global platform.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement a strategic marketing and brand plan that aligns with the organization’s growth objectives and overall vision.
* Supervise all facets of marketing, including brand management, campaign development, digital strategy, public relations, and stakeholder engagement.
* Reinforce the corporate brand identity, ensuring consistency across all subsidiaries and markets.
* Promote revenue generation through the creation and execution of integrated campaigns designed to enhance service adoption and customer retention.
* Direct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight programs to support informed strategic decisions.
* Manage relationships with external creative agencies, public relations firms, and media partners to deliver impactful marketing communications.
* Uphold brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all channels, campaigns, and markets.
* Provide strategic leadership to the marketing team, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance environment that values creativity.
* Manage annual marketing budgets effectively and ensure a strong return on investment for all marketing initiatives.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

* A minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible marketing leadership experience within the hospitality sector, including at least three (3) years in a senior management capacity overseeing multi-unit or multi-brand portfolios.
* Comprehensive knowledge of hospitality, travel, tourism, and service-based marketing within the GCC region and global markets.
* Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities, exceptional communication skills, and proven expertise in brand development and public relations.
* Willingness and ability to undertake international travel for business purposes.
* A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master’s degree or higher is preferred.
