- We’re Hiring | Marketing Director – Media Buying Focus
- GCC Markets (UAE & KSA)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- We are seeking a Marketing Director with strong expertise in Media Buying and Performance Marketing to lead and scale growth across UAE and Saudi Arabia. This role requires a data-driven leader who treats media buying as a core business growth engine and delivers measurable commercial impact.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute media buying strategies across GCC markets with a strong focus on ROI and scalability
- Plan, manage, and optimize high-budget performance campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- TikTok
- Snapchat
- Own and optimize the full performance funnel including CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution models, and conversion rates
- Develop and scale growth-driven marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams including media buying, performance, and creative functions
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape across UAE and KSA
