Marketing Director

To lead and develop the overall marketing strategy to achieve growth, sales, and brand positioning objectives for company. This role ensures integration and alignment among the marketing plans of different business units while enhancing the overall image and market presence of the company locally and regionally.

• Design and implement the overall marketing strategy for the company in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Prepare annual marketing plans, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee marketing campaigns (advertising, public relations, digital marketing, events).
• Develop customer databases and loyalty programs.
• Analyze markets and competitors to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and monitor return on investment (ROI).
• Develop partnerships and relationships with media agencies and advertising firms.
• Supervise market research and customer behavior analysis.
• Prepare periodic reports to top management on marketing performance and results.
• Support sales teams with marketing materials and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders “production, Sales, External Agencies. etc.” forecasting, budgeting, and execution of all sales activities.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, Email Marketing).
