Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. They should create and execute communications strategies to promote our products.Responsibilities:Responsible for all interactions on both offline and online channelsGather customer feedback to inform the product teamRepresent Pencilight, promote our products and interact with people during marketing/PR eventsMonitor news and media presenceCommunicate and serve as a liaison with distributors, agencies, and others as necessaryCreate relevant reports on marketing programs, including post-event reports, regular status reports, and analysisCoordinate the design of promotional communications that may include print, digital, and other collateral to implement marketing objectives
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, mass communication, marketing or any related field2-4 years of experience in a customer relationship management role or call center or salesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFluent in EnglishOrganization skills and attention to detailStrong problem-solving skillsProficiency in Google or MS Office, especially PowerPoint and ExcelData Analysis will be a plus
