**Marketing, Public Relations, and Communications Officer**

**Job Summary:**

This position is responsible for executing marketing, public relations, and communication strategies to positively influence public perception and stakeholder engagement. The incumbent will leverage various media and communication channels to build, maintain, and manage the organization’s reputation and brand.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Marketing, Public Relations, and Communications:**
* Monitor media coverage, coordinate with the PR agency, and contribute to the development of articles and press releases.
* Utilize diverse media platforms to develop, sustain and manage communication in line with the communications strategy
* Execute marketing initiatives, including the annual report, quarterly newsletter, social media content creation (graphics and postings), and comprehensive social media campaign planning and implementation.
* Develop and maintain a social media posting schedule, emphasizing the contributions of stakeholders, including volunteers, schools, and sponsors/partners.
* Coordinate media inquiries, arrange interviews, and review media materials prepared by the PR agency prior to dissemination.
* Manage social media channels, engaging with followers and prospective volunteers.
* Maintain the organization’s website, ensuring regular updates with relevant content, including videos and photographs.

* **Brand Management and Graphic Design:**
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of brand guidelines and procedures for all stakeholder groups.
* Design and develop marketing collateral that adheres to brand standards, utilizing design software and applications (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

* **Administrative Support:**
* Provide administrative support, as required, under the direction of the Operations Director.
* Assist the Operations Director in proposal writing and donor report preparation.

* **Events and Special Projects:**
* Contribute creative ideas for event implementation to enhance brand visibility.
* Support the Operations Director in event management activities.
* Coordinate with relevant parties and vendors.

* **Other Duties:**

* Perform related marketing and administrative support tasks as assigned.
