**Marketing Communications Manager – Opportunity**

The Marketing Communications Manager will be entrusted with the formulation and execution of the brand’s overarching communication strategies across all media channels. This individual will be responsible for the oversight of brand positioning and content strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and narrative that reinforces Minimalist’s presence within the UAE and beyond. Collaboration with the internal team will be essential in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing communications initiatives designed to augment brand recognition, customer engagement, and sustained growth. This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Dubai.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
* Spearhead brand storytelling and supervise content development across various social media platforms.
* Cultivate relationships with influencers, formulate and manage a content calendar, meticulously tag and organize relevant assets within an asset library, manage hashtags, and identify pertinent occasions and opportunities for promotional initiatives.
* Oversee social media strategy, ensuring congruence with campaigns and communication objectives.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on communication and engagement performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
* Maintain awareness of prevailing market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decision-making.
* Provide guidance and support to the marketing team in the execution of communications initiatives.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Five to seven years of demonstrated experience in marketing communications, preferably within a UAE-based eCommerce startup or a luxury goods/fashion/watches company.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
* Proficiency in content creation and storytelling, with practical experience utilizing Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Klaviyo, G-Suite, and relevant social media management software (e.g., Hootsuite).
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
