**Position Announcement: Marketing Associate**
Fruitful Solutions seeks a highly motivated Marketing Associate for a full-time, on-site position located in the New Administrative Capital, Cairo, Egypt. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for the execution of market research initiatives, the development of comprehensive marketing strategies, and the management of diverse marketing projects. This position necessitates close collaboration with sales teams, the creation of marketing collateral, and the provision of support for various marketing campaigns and related activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Business-to-Business (B2B) sector.
* Develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies encompassing both exhibition participation and digital channels.
* Optimize the utilization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, specifically Odoo.
* Generate new leads through the effective management of existing and prospective databases.
* Execute and manage marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads.
* Improve communication and operational synergy between marketing, maintenance, and sales departments.
* Oversee the creation of marketing content and video production, coordinating with internal design resources or external contractors as required.
* Prepare regular weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking progress against established objectives.
* Represent and promote Fruitful Solutions’ products and services at industry events.
* Coordinate the design and distribution of promotional materials across both online and offline channels.
Skills:
- Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
- Proven experience in digital marketing and paid advertising (Google Ads)
- Strong leadership, communication skills and a results-driven personality
- Ability to manage and train cross-functional teams
- Experience in Marketing and building brand identity.
- Good presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in using Generative AI tools.
- Knowledge of transitioning from traditional to digital marketing methods
- Experience managing teams with diverse cultures and age groups
