Job Description
Our client is a leading regional distribution company in its sector, managing distribution of multinational and global brands. They are currently looking to hire an experienced Specialist- Marketing Analyst to join the HQ and regional office based in Manama, Bahrain.
The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for interpreting research about the companys consumers in the region, their buying habits, identifying target audiences and gathering analytics to prepare strategies for success in marketing campaigns with an impact on sales outcomes.
The Marketing Analyst Specialists should be able to define and implement measurement strategies that align with the company goals.
S/he will be working closely with the internal team including: Product Managers, Country Managers, Sales Managers, Finance team
Responsibilities:
- Producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards
- Delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights
- Researching consumer behavior and exploring market trends and opportunities
- Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
- Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
- Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
- Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
- Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
- Recommend website and campaign optimizations
- Research and implement marketing tools to support promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc)
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
Skills
Knowledge and Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing with the needed experience
- Expertise in Google Analytics
- In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Analytical abilities
- Statistical knowledge and experience.
- Attention to detail
- The ability to interpret information effectively.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
