     . We’re looking for a marketing manager who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channelsMarketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.His Main Include: – Plan, manage, and optimize social media calendars & campaigns across platforms  Instagram,        Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn,  etc.- Identify KPIs and establish a reporting structure for team insights, growth, and engagement.- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPI, CPA, and ROAS for data-driven decision-making.- Maintain brand standards while boosting follower engagement.- Analyze data to provide actionable recommendations,- Test strategies to enhance customer segments.- Provide exceptional internal and external customer service.- Optimize campaigns for search engines, app marketing, and affiliates.- Drive SEM and Paid App marketing strategies.- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, clients, and agencies.- Execute tests, analyze data, and refine paid marketing.- Innovate in advertising, including motion graphics.- Stay informed about tech and social media trends.- Handle content creation and boosting.- Optimize paid marketing using analytics tools.- Create effective landing pages and lead forms. – Keep up with digital trends and emerging channels.- Provide exceptional internal and external customer service

Job Requirements :

Proven working experience in social media marketing, lead generation, or as a Digital Marketing Specialist.Able to work independently as well as in a team.Ability to multitask, be proactive, prioritize, and work within short deadlines.Self-motivated, confident with a can-do, professional attitude.
