Job Description: ## Option 1:

**Position Summary:**

This leadership role is responsible for the strategic direction, operational management, financial oversight, business development, and team leadership pertaining to the organic dates production and export activities of the company. The incumbent will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and industry standards, driving profitability and sustainable growth.

**Detailed Responsibilities:**

* **Strategic Leadership:** Formulate and implement the company’s long-term strategic vision for organic dates production and international export. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, expanding both domestic and international market share. Serve as the company’s representative in key industry, governmental, and trade-related engagements.

* **Operational Oversight:** Direct all daily operational aspects, encompassing farm management, harvesting, packaging, and logistical operations. Ensure strict adherence to organic farming standards and sustainable agricultural practices. Manage the procurement process for all materials, equipment, and resources required for production activities.

* **Financial Management:** Develop, manage, and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and comprehensive financial reports. Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement effective cost-control strategies to optimize profitability. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure the efficient allocation of funding and investment resources.

* **Business Development & Marketing:** Conceptualize and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at promoting organic dates both domestically and globally. Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and government agencies. Investigate and pursue opportunities for value-added product development and vertical integration.

* **Team Leadership:** Build and lead a high-performing management team spanning agriculture, processing, finance, and sales departments. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability within the organization. Ensure the continuous professional development and training of all staff members.

* **Compliance & Quality Assurance:** Guarantee full compliance with all relevant regulations mandated by Saudi Arabia and international organic certification bodies (e.g., USDA Organic, EU Organic). Implement and maintain robust quality assurance systems to safeguard product integrity throughout the entire supply chain.
