Managing director

The Managing Director will be responsible for managing, developing and providing support to senior staff. He must also provide strong leadership and ensure that all employees understand the vision and strategy and their role in achieving it. Duties and Responsibilities: • Successfully implement company policy. • Develop strategic plans. • Build and maintain an effective management team. • Take full responsibility of the Board of Directors for all company operations.
