Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, commercial growth, operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture throughout the organization. As the senior leader in Dubai, you will champion innovation, ensure seamless alignment between departments, and consistently deliver against ambitious business objectives. This role demands a hands-on, people-focused individual with the proven ability to inspire teams, maximize performance, and guide the organization towards sustained success. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong upward communication skills to effectively report on all aspects of the business to the CEO and other Directors. While based in Dubai (or open to relocation from the UK), you will ideally possess experience working within UK markets. Prior experience within the real estate sector is preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable strength across sales, marketing, and operational disciplines. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Lead the organization’s strategic direction, driving high performance across all areas. Cultivate and maintain a culture of success, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide strong leadership presence and clear internal alignment while delivering commercial and strategic objectives. Inspire, motivate, and elevate the Senior Leadership Team to exceed company-wide targets. Responsibilities: Provide Effective & Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and lead the company’s short-, medium-, and long-term strategic goals. Lead and manage direct reports against KPIs and defined objectives. Oversee Sales, Operations, and Marketing functions, ensuring consistent execution. Build strong succession pipelines through coaching and development. Foster a high-performance, values-led culture. Act as a visible, hands-on leader while delivering the Board’s vision and driving organizational excellence. Achieve & Exceed Financial Measures: Assume full ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L), ensuring commercial success and financial discipline. Analyze performance trends to drive profitability and long-term growth. Present financial updates, forecasts, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders. Identify commercial opportunities and expansion pathways. Make data-driven decisions based on sound commercial insight. Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and strategic forums. Drive Sales & Marketing Excellence: Set the strategic direction for Sales and Marketing in alignment with growth objectives. Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and demand. Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to enhance conversion rates, performance, and team development. Ensure strong alignment between sales and marketing to optimize the customer journey. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively adapt strategy. Promote digital innovation across CRM, automation, analytics, and customer experience tools. Review campaign performance and ROI to continuously refine strategy. Enhance Operational Efficiency: Ensure operational processes and systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with business growth. Drive a culture of quality, consistency, and service excellence across all functions. Identify inefficiencies and implement cost-effective, streamlined solutions. Ensure compliance with all regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. Lead cross-functional projects to improve collaboration and operational alignment. Track and report on key operational metrics to the Board and senior stakeholders. Create a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Champion innovation and a learning mindset across the organization. Review internal and external influences to identify risks and opportunities. Introduce change initiatives that increase agility, adaptability, and operational readiness. Build frameworks to test, evaluate, and scale new ideas or improvements. Recognize and reward employees who drive innovation and growth. Build a culture of trust, inclusion, and transparent feedback.
