Job Description:**Position Description: Threat Intelligence Manager**
**Job Summary:**
The Threat Intelligence Manager is a key leadership role within the Threat Intelligence Center, responsible for the effective collection, analysis, and dissemination of cyber threat intelligence. The incumbent will lead a team of Cyber Threat Intelligence Analysts, ensuring the efficient and impactful delivery of intelligence operations. This position requires a proactive and ambitious leader capable of driving continuous improvement within the threat intelligence function.
**Key Responsibilities:**
*   Lead and mentor a team of threat intelligence analysts in the collection, analysis, and distribution of actionable threat intelligence to stakeholders.
*   Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of intelligence reports, briefings, presentations, findings, and recommendations, including executive-level reporting.
*   Establish and maintain metrics to measure and report on the value and customer satisfaction of the Cyber Threat Intelligence program.
*   Drive the development, management, and optimization of processes to enhance the overall effectiveness of the cyber threat intelligence function.
*   Actively contribute to key projects related to threat intelligence, including the preparation of high-quality intelligence products.
*   Cultivate and maintain relationships with members of the public and private intelligence communities.
*   Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding threat intelligence requests and inquiries.
**Problem Solving:**
Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, utilizing prior experience to identify and implement optimal solutions. Address complex and non-routine issues effectively.
**Additional Responsibilities:**
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
**Qualifications:**
*   **Skills/Certifications:**
    *   Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    *   Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
    *   Experience leading cost-effective, high-value threat intelligence teams.
    *   Proven experience in analyzing, gathering, developing, and documenting intelligence on threat actor activities.
    *   In-depth knowledge of technology, emerging trends, adversary techniques, vulnerabilities, and exploits.
    *   Comprehensive understanding of cyber-attack vectors, detection techniques, cybercrime networks, and methodologies.
    *   Demonstrated understanding of remediation and countermeasures for addressing information security threats.
    *   Knowledge of security analysis techniques and best practices.
    *   Experience briefing executive management on cyber incidents, metrics, and trends.
    *   Strong understanding of threat intelligence platforms.
    *   Experience working in large-scale security operations environments, particularly within large corporations, military, or government organizations.
*   **Minimum Work Experience:**
    *   10+ years of experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence, incident response, cyber hunt, or other technical information security roles.
    *   5+ years of demonstrable management experience within Cyber Threat Intelligence, including training, mentorship, performance management, and performance evaluation.
*   **Education:**
    *   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    *   CISSP, CISM, or similar Information Security certification preferred.
    *   GCTI, CREST Threat Intelligence Analyst, CREST Threat Intelligence Manager, GCIH, GCFA, GREM, or GDAT certifications are mandatory. OSCP is desirable.
*   **Technical Proficiency:**
    *   Operating System Knowledge: Windows, Linux/Unix, and Mac/OSX.
    *   Scripting (Shell, Python, R, etc.).
    *   Experience with Big Data Analysis.
