Our client is seeking an experienced and highly professional Manager, Performance & Culture. The overall purpose of this role is to be responsible for developing and maintaining a culture of efficiency and teamwork within this professional services organization. Only candidates with a proven track record in Change Management, L&D and Talent Development will be considered – they are not looking for a generalist Head of HR. This role is only open to UAE Nationals with family book. Our client offers excellent benefits.

Description:

  • Work with the management team to develop a culture of efficiency, empowerment, and teamwork
  • Implement systems in which talent, knowledge, and achievements yield employee recognition, promotion, and reward
  • Develop a national development program to accelerate the development of UAE Nationals
  • Manage the Performance Development Framework for our client and ensure every employee has clear and consistent targets with the Business Plan
  • Produce the HR budget in collaboration with various departments
  • Responsible for ensuring compensation and recognition packages reward employees appropriately and are aligned to company aims
  • Conduct voluntary coaching sessions for individuals with skill gaps and coaching needs
  • Responsible for renewal negotiation and management of the organization’s employee insurance policies
  • Manage full recruitment cycle for the organization
  • Responsible for review, development and application of Employee Policies and Procedures Manual, including benefits, and employment terms and conditions of service
  • Manage onboarding of new employees including residence visas and induction process
  • Work closely with department heads on matters concerning HR, People, Punctuality, Grievances, disciplinary matters etc.
  • Responsible for the design and delivery of information sessions to managers on HR and general management good practices
  • Responsible for managing monthly payroll process
