Job Description:Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a highly qualified Manager of IT Programs Management to contribute to the redefinition of entertainment and leisure experiences within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position entails responsibility for the oversight of IT program planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. The successful candidate will leverage their program management expertise to ensure successful program outcomes and foster interdepartmental collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead and guide the IT Programs Management team, ensuring the successful delivery of diverse IT initiatives.
* Develop comprehensive program management frameworks to oversee IT program implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and business units, to establish program objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
* Monitor program and project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
* Identify risks associated with IT programs and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
* Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program success and report status to senior management.
* Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the program lifecycle.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in program management processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Maintain awareness of industry trends and technological advancements to inform program strategies and recommendations.
**Requirements:**
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP) are preferred.
* Experience: Five to seven years of experience in program management, with a focus on IT projects within large organizations.
* Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex IT programs from initiation to completion.
* Comprehensive understanding of IT service management frameworks and best practices (ITIL, Agile, Scrum).
* Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and develop team members.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and devise effective solutions.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience within the entertainment or tourism industry.
* Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
