**About Wynn Al Marjan Island:**

Scheduled to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island is being developed as an opulent beachfront destination designed to provide discerning guests with opportunities for both recreation and relaxation. Situated less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort, featuring 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 dining and lounge venues, a theatre, a nightclub, and a five-star spa, is currently under construction on a picturesque island extending gracefully into the Arabian Gulf.

**About The Position:**

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a qualified IT Applications Manager to join the resort’s Information Technology team.

**Responsibilities:**

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role include:

* Leading, mentoring, and managing IT Application Support Analysts.
* Overseeing the application lifecycle, encompassing planning, deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning.
* Serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical application teams.
* Managing relationships with vendors and external application providers.
* Establishing and monitoring team performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing regular feedback.
* Translating business requirements into clear application specifications and solutions.
* Leading and managing application-related projects from initiation to completion.
* Ensuring the timely resolution of escalated application issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
* Overseeing integration efforts to ensure seamless data exchange between applications and other enterprise systems.
* Collaborating with security teams to ensure applications adhere to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
* Maintaining comprehensive documentation of applications, processes, and systems.
* Developing and managing application-related budgets and resource allocation.

**Candidate Profile:**

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing enterprise-level business applications.
* Prior supervisory experience leading application support or technical teams.
* Demonstrated success in managing vendors and contracts.
* Experience with hospitality systems (PMS, POS, CRM) preferred.
* Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management frameworks.
* Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Comprehensive understanding of application lifecycle management principles.
* Knowledge of integration platforms, APIs, and middleware technologies.
* Proficiency with enterprise-level systems such as Gaming CMS, Oracle HCM/ERP, Opera PMS, Simphony/Shiji POS, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
* Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
