**Role Summary:**
The Manager, Guest Relations will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional guest services to VIP guests at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide updates on VIP arrivals, departures, and itineraries during daily operational meetings, ensuring team awareness.
* Conduct pre-arrival checks for VIP guests, coordinating with relevant departments, gathering necessary information, and providing Guest Relations Executive (GRE) support.
* Monitor VIP facilities, conducting final inspections to guarantee suites are in impeccable condition upon arrival.
* Manage VIP guest experiences, coordinating departmental activities for arrivals and departures, handling billing inquiries, and monitoring overall guest satisfaction.
* Conduct courtesy visits or calls to VIP guests prior to departure, offering express check-out services, and soliciting feedback on their stay experience.
* Update guest reservations with relevant information, ensuring preferences are accommodated, and personally engage with Platinum and Gold members of the Jumeirah One Loyalty Program.
