Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a highly qualified and experienced F&B Marketing and PR Manager, EMEA, to join its Corporate Office team in Dubai. This position reports dually to the Director of F&B Marketing Operations and the Director of Marketing, EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and tactical marketing and public relations activities for restaurants and bars across the EMEA region, with the objective of enhancing visibility, guest engagement, and business performance for both established and newly opened venues.
Key responsibilities include enabling and upskilling commercial property teams through guidance, training, and the dissemination of best practices in restaurant and bar marketing. The role also involves analyzing and interpreting business performance data and marketing KPIs for all F&B outlets in EMEA, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities. Targeted support will be provided to “Focus” and “Nurture” outlets, in alignment with property teams, to develop performance-driven marketing plans. The role ensures all outlet-level marketing aligns with global and regional brand positioning frameworks, and collaborates with properties to elevate visibility and positioning through campaigns, activations, and promotional calendars. The position serves as the regional marketing lead for F&B components of hotel openings and renovated or re-concepted outlets, supporting the establishment of concept positioning and brand development, guiding market analysis, identifying signature F&B elements, creating brand assets, and developing social media and integrated opening campaign strategies. Coordination of PR and marketing activation timelines and content production will be conducted in collaboration with property and regional teams.
The F&B Marketing and PR Manager will act as the connective tissue between F&B Operations and Commercial functions at both the property and regional levels, ensuring cross-functional alignment. Collaboration with key stakeholders, including the Director of F&B Marketing Operations, Director of Marketing – EMEA, Director of Public Relations and Corporate Communications – EMEA, VP of F&B – EMEA, and the Director of F&B, EMEA, is essential. The role requires participation in regular performance check-ins, planning sessions, and campaign rollouts with the aforementioned stakeholders. The successful candidate will champion marketing and communications efforts for F&B across the region through integrated, data-driven, and culturally relevant strategies. Consulting closely with properties and agencies, the individual will ensure brand consistency and best practices while executing creative ideas, including launch campaigns, digital activations, influencer collaborations, and media relations.
This position requires a leader with strategic vision and operational execution capabilities, who thrives in a dynamic environment. The candidate must effectively balance business performance, brand storytelling, and creative innovation while influencing teams across multiple markets.
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
* A minimum of five years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury hospitality or premium restaurant sectors.
* A comprehensive understanding of restaurant marketing, positioning, and revenue optimization.
* Prior management-level experience in consumer public relations and social media within an integrated communications context for food and beverage brands or clients.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Proven experience in supporting new openings or rebranding initiatives.
* Experience working in cross-regional or global environments with a strong cultural fluency across EMEA.
* The ability to travel regularly throughout the EMEA region.
