Purpose of the role

Manage the existing credit cards portfolio by devising strategies to engage, grow & retain customers with an aim to build a sustainable and profitable cards business while also managing the CPV for the cards business.

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive organic spend through effective customer lifecycle management and targeted campaigns.
  • Implement portfolio actions strategically to enhance balance build-up and maximize spend activation.
  • Develop retention strategies using predictive models and optimize customer revolve.
  • Monitor authorization rates, over-limit strategies, and adherence to sourcing policies.
  • Stay ahead of market innovations and competition through proactive strategies.
  • Track high-risk segments for credit limit adjustments and revenue optimization.
  • Manage annual campaign calendar aligned with marketing efforts and customer communications.
  • Collaborate with CBIU for portfolio analytics and regulatory compliance.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure legal compliance in all communications.
  • Support yearly targets, collaborate with business teams, and ensure customer profitability.
