**Subject: Maintenance Supervisor Position – Eaton, Dubai**

Eaton is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our new sustainable campus in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role will oversee all maintenance activities for our Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) and Plastic Injection Molding production areas. The successful candidate will ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and foster a safe and efficient work environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the implementation of new production lines and the training of maintenance personnel as part of our Dubai expansion project.

**Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for MCB and plastic injection molding equipment.
* Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team comprising tool makers, mechanical/electrical technicians, and mechatronics engineers.
* Champion safety and environmental compliance in accordance with Eaton’s MESH standards.
* Implement and drive accountability through Eaton’s Leadership Model (ELM).
* Establish and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs (TPM/reliability) to minimize unplanned downtime.
* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and quality departments to support process improvements and equipment upgrades.
* Manage resources effectively, including spare parts strategy, vendor interactions, and the maintenance budget.
* Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with Eaton standards and relevant regulations.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance uptime, reliability, and energy efficiency.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance performance, downtime, and safety.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or equivalent education).
* Minimum of 5 years of maintenance supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Proven leadership experience in MCB and/or plastic injection molding (or similar high-volume manufacturing).
* Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies, TPM, and reliability engineering.
* Hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic systems, with proficiency in troubleshooting and optimization.
* Experience in implementing and managing spare parts strategies and maintenance KPIs.
* Demonstrated leadership skills aligned with MESH (safety/environment) and ELM (leadership) frameworks, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with excellent communication and influencing abilities.
* Ability to lead effectively in challenging situations with empathy and managerial courage.
