Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across multiple educational facilities, ensuring all buildings and equipment are in optimal working condition.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance to achieve high standards of service.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facility assets.
- Inspect school buildings, grounds, and systems regularly to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, renovations, or installations as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies in all maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, inventory, and equipment usage.
- Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize disruption to educational activities.
- Collaborate with school administrators and staff to prioritize maintenance projects and address facility concerns.
- Support budget planning for maintenance operations by providing input on resource needs and cost estimates.
