Maintenance Section Head

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead and supervise maintenance teams including technicians, supervisors, and engineers.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure proper training and development.

Ensure team compliance with safety and quality standards.

Maintenance Planning:

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

Minimize unplanned downtime and optimize equipment availability.

Coordinate corrective maintenance to address breakdowns promptly.

Operational Efficiency:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance performance.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.

Analyze root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Budget & Inventory Management:

Prepare and control maintenance budgets and expenditures.

Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.

Evaluate suppliers and manage contracts for maintenance-related services.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

Ensure maintenance operations adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Promote a safety-first culture within the maintenance team.

Coordination & Reporting:

Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to align maintenance with operational goals.

Prepare and present maintenance reports to senior management.

Participate in strategic planning and capital project development.
