Job Description:
1. Establish and update policies and procedures for maintenance management operations.
2. Follow up on the work team’s commitment to all procedures and forms prepared to ensure that tasks are carried out in a professional, organized and easy-to-track manner.
3. Develop a strategy, management goals, and work team tasks, and follow up on their achievement periodically to reduce downtime and improve production efficiency.
4. Develop a periodic maintenance plan, divide it into tasks distributed to the maintenance team, and follow up on its implementation continuously and with the required quality.
5. Develop a preventive maintenance plan in coordination with the production department and follow up on its implementation to avoid sudden breakdowns.
6. Planning the maintenance budget and monitoring costs associated with repairs and purchasing spare parts.
7. Create and update the spare parts database and coordinate with stores for follow-up and conformity.
8. Coordination with the Purchasing Department to provide the department’s needs with the required specifications and in accordance with the preventive and periodic maintenance schedule.
9.Conduct a periodic evaluation of the relevant team in accordance with evaluation policies, standards and procedures.
Skills:
- Proven experience + 10 years in maintenance in frozen companies
- +5 years in the same position in frozen vegetable companies
- Experience in ammonia freezing programs – boilers
- Knowledge of general maintenance procedures and equipment.
