Job Description:بأسلوب رسمي:
* وضع إجراءات الصيانة وضمان تنفيذها.
* إجراء عمليات تفتيش للمرافق لتحديد المشكلات وحلها.
* فحص الأنظمة الكهربائية والهيدروليكية للمباني لضمان سلامة التشغيل.
* تخطيط والإشراف على جميع أنشطة الإصلاح والتركيب.
* مراقبة مخزون المعدات وتقديم طلبات الشراء عند الضرورة.
* مراقبة النفقات والتحكم في ميزانية الصيانة.
* إدارة العلاقات مع المقاولين ومقدمي الخدمات.
* الاحتفاظ بسجلات الصيانة وتقديم تقارير عن الأنشطة اليومية.
* ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الصحة والسلامة.

Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Proven experience in managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Food industry.
Strong technical knowledge in maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive measures.
A degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Ability to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance operations.
Familiarity with safety protocols and industry standards.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
