Job Description:**الخيار الرسمي:**
The incumbent is responsible for the following key functions: budget preparation and expenditure monitoring; maintenance of all production machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations; inspection of operational equipment for compliance with established standards; inventory management of spare parts to maintain optimal stock levels; assessment of workforce skills and recommendation of relevant training programs for capability enhancement; fostering teamwork and motivation within the workforce to achieve or surpass productivity targets; and overseeing staff recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and progress evaluation.
Skills:
- Educational Requirements: Engineering Bachelor’s degree
- Required Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience
