Job Description:Taj HR is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and secure movement and storage of products. This position demands exceptional organizational acumen, proven leadership skills, and a proactive approach.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise daily logistics operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
* Oversee inventory management, encompassing receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities.
* Train, motivate, and manage logistics personnel to cultivate a high-performing work environment.
* Maintain meticulous records of all logistics activities and generate periodic reports for management review.
* Collaborate with relevant departments, including procurement and sales, to facilitate seamless operational workflows.
* Identify opportunities for process optimization within the logistics function.
* Ensure adherence to all applicable safety and regulatory standards in all logistics activities.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field.
* A minimum of five years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with *required* experience in the Kitchen and Closets industry.
* Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.
* Comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes, inventory control methodologies, and transportation management principles.
* Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
* Superior leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
* Proficiency in logistics management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Proven ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment while managing competing priorities.
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
