Responsibilities:Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer servicesDirect, optimize and coordinate full order cycleKeep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiencyArrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipmentsResolve any arising problems or complaintsSupervise, coach and train warehouse workforceMeet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targetsMaintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvementsComply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Job Requirements :
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.Overall experience 7+ years.A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Alex Residents Only
