Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Hub Manager_IMEAYour Role And ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be the local business leader for ABB Process Automation and Energy Industries in UAE Cluster, with end-to-end responsibility for business activities including operations, portfolio, and commercial (sales & marketing) functions. You will be accountable for driving profitable business growth and achieving both short-term and long-term HUB growth and organizational development targets.The work model for this role (onsite)This role is contributing to Process Automation Business Area based in Abu Dhabi UAE.You will be mainly accountable for:Implementing business strategy and ensuring business development in the operating unit, with full P&L responsibility.Overseeing Division operations ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with Division goals.Leading the local division team, fostering a safe, healthy, performance-oriented, and inclusive culture.Ensuring profitable business growth through performance targets and regular oversight.Driving marketing and sales, building long-term relationships with customers and partners. Managing performance and organizational development initiatives.Ensuring the financial health of the organization through cost control and revenue management.Fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive, lead and drive transformational success.Qualifications For The RoleBachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, management or a related field.Minimum of 12 years international leadership experience – Energy industry experience with Automation Background is Must-Have.Prior responsibility for more than 70 MUSD in Revenues.Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.Deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control / Leading P&L role.Excellent relationship building and long-term planning at executive and operational leadership level.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and employees.Strong entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills, and senior executive presence.Deep understanding of cultural dynamics within multinational environment and the ability to foster an inclusive and diverse workplace.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.What’s in it for you?We want you to bring your full self to work—your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
