Job Summary:

The incumbent will serve as a primary point of contact for all recreational activities offered at the property, providing comprehensive information to guests regarding available facilities, including but not limited to pools, beaches, entertainment zones/game rooms, fitness centers, and child activity centers. The incumbent will be responsible for actively encouraging guest participation in recreational activities through recruitment, registration, and scheduling. A key function is to cultivate a positive and relaxed environment for guests while ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and facility rules. In the event of an emergency, the incumbent will respond according to established local operating procedures. Responsibilities also include performing cashier duties in applicable facilities, assisting with private functions, and providing aid to injured guests until the arrival of medical personnel. The incumbent will maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies, and will promptly report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to management. Strict adherence to company policies and procedures is required, including maintaining a professional appearance and safeguarding confidential information. Exceptional guest service is paramount, requiring proactive anticipation of guest needs and demonstration of genuine appreciation. Furthermore, the incumbent will foster positive working relationships with colleagues and process payments for various recreational services.

Required Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* CPR Certification
* First Aid Certification
* Recreation Equipment Certification
* Any certifications or training required by local and state agencies.

Physical Requirements:

The incumbent must be capable of reading and verifying information in various formats and visually inspecting equipment for defects. The role requires extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, as well as the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds unassisted, and heavier items with assistance. Proficiency in manipulating objects, utilizing fine motor skills, and navigating confined spaces is necessary. Furthermore, the incumbent must be able to move across various surfaces, including stairs and ramps, and perform tasks requiring bending, twisting, and stooping. Additional duties may be assigned as required.
