Job Description:
- Handling Processing of life claims under all Individual and group lines of business which includes:
- Life claims registration on life claims systems.
- Internal & External communication with beneficiaries and policyholders to gather required information and explain claim outcomes.
- Collaborating with internal teams for complex or escalated cases.
- Taking decision based on delegated authority.
- Identifying and reporting potential fraud cases.
- Assist monitoring of the line of business KPIs through preparing different regular reports.
- Maintaining detailed records of claims and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Evaluation and processing of life claims with accuracy and compliance.
Skills:
- Holding bachelor’s in pharmaceutical sciences/medicine.
- Excellent communication, presentation and team working skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
