Job Description:شاغل وظيفة مهندس مركز العمليات الشبكية/مزود الخدمات المدارة من المستوى الثالث هو منصب تقني رفيع المستوى يتولى واجب تنظيم ومراقبة وصيانة البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات وأنظمة الشبكات الخاصة بعملائنا. يقتضي هذا الدور تقديم دعم على درجة الخبراء، واستكشاف المشكلات المعقدة وإصلاحها، وضمان موثوقية وأداء بيئات تكنولوجيا المعلومات الخاصة بالعملاء.
Skills:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Level I, Level 1.5, and Level II engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues promptly.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, updates, and patch management to ensure system security and stability.
- Must be versed in basic Server Configuration Methods including Standalone and Virtualized Environments, Support of AP’s, WAN and LAN networks, Email Systems (Exchange, Cloud, and Others) Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Planning, Desktop Configuration, Support, and Troubleshooting.
- Able to work on simple and complex network environments to troubleshoot any number of problems.
- Implement and enforce security best practices, including firewall configurations, access controls, and threat detection.
- Ensure client systems comply with industry standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations as needed.
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, system changes, and client environments.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies or improvements to enhance client systems and operations.
- Promotes a culture of learning and growth for Tier 2 Support Engineers.
Required Skills & Abilities:
• Strong hands-on experience with Juniper Networks Products.
• Key certifications Juniper JNCIS- ENT or SP or JNCIP-ENT or SP.
• 5+ years IT experience in a help desk, service desk, desktop support, system administrator or network administrator position.
• 5 + years troubleshooting networks.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN issues.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, ConnectWise, Kaseya, etc.
• Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, honor rules of engagement, and follow policies, processes, and procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• English fluency is a must.
