 Job PurposeFollow-up, preparation, guidance, planning and organization of all matters related to legal affairs in the company.Prepare sub-plans and executive programs for legal affairs in order to achieve the main objectives of the company.Respond to all legal questions and inquiries received from the departments and websites of the company, and provide legal advice in everything related to the company regarding legal rights, obligations and duties. Strategic Job TasksFollow-up, preparation, guidance, planning and organization of all matters related to legal affairs in the company.Operational Job TasksParticipate in the meetings to which he is invited, give an opinion on the results and decisions and participate.Prepare sub-plans and executive programs for legal affairs in order to achieve the main objectives of the company.Respond to all legal questions and inquiries received from the departments and sites of the company, and provide legal advice in everything related to the company regarding legal rights, obligations and duties.Supervise the development of a special system for inventorying, auditing, classifying, indexing and keeping all decisions, official documents, books and legal reviews.Verify that all legal legislation is already in force in the company and take the initiative to indicate gaps in the decisions and instructions in force in the company, by applying them to reality and proposing the necessary amendments to them.Work to study all issues related to the company and follow up disputes and cases to which the company is a party, and supervise the preparation of documents and documents necessary and documented to free the company from any lawsuit against it and provide original responses to them, with evidence and legal support related to these cases.Expressing legal opinion on all cases and cases received from various government departments and institutions, and working to address their affairs.Work to build friendly relations with all government institutions and customers dealing with them, which provides the necessary legal support to the company in the management of its operations.Provide guidance and legal advice in the drafting and review of contracts and agreements of the company, its departments, locations and directorates.Develop legal strategies and general policies for the company to help reduce lawsuits, overcome disagreements and problems with third parties.Represent the company before judicial bodies, institutions and government departments, and work to manage legal casesWork to find solutions to situations or problems that are not covered by the law, or there is no clear legislation on them.Familiarize legal personnel and all departments related to the law with the new legislation, draw out the difficulties they may face in the practical application of such legislation and identify through this the shortcomings, ambiguities and legal gaps in the texts of those legislations.Review the internal regulations and sanctions regulations in the company in cooperation with the rest of the departments and help in their application in accordance with the provisions of the law, and guidance in case of any conflict with the laws and legislation stipulated by law.Carry out investigative work related to violations attributed to workers, or in complaints submitted by them or against them, or in cases and matters that the administration deems necessary to form an investigation committee to study and supervise the preparation of the investigation report after conducting it, and impose penalties on violators in accordance with the approved sanctions list.Work on studying the legal complaints of workers referred by the Human Resources Department, and expressing a legal opinion on them.Proposing appropriate training courses for the staff of the Department in topics related to their work tasks.Training individuals working in legal affairs on their work and transferring his experience to them.Prepare periodic reports on the work of the legal department, including all achievements, obstacles and proposed solutions for the development of work and performance and submit them to senior management.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor of Law degree. Extensive knowledge of laws, regulations and legislationEnrollment in the Bar Association is a cessation degreeMinimum 15 years experience.Ability to draft books, reports and minutes in an appropriate legal mannerDiploma in contracts management and their formulation in Arabic and EnglishExtensive knowledge of commercial law and dispute resolution lawExperience in Engineering sector is highly preferredAdvanced command in English language
