Learning & Talent Executive The Learning & Talent Executive plays a vital role in developing and delivering impactful learning and talent development programs across the organization. This position requires a proactive and creative individual capable of influencing outcomes and acting as a trusted partner to the Learning & Development and Talent teams. The Executive will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing initiatives that promote employee growth, engagement, and capability building, with the support of the broader team. With a strong emphasis on innovation and continuous improvement, this role ensures that all learning and talent initiatives reflect excellence and align with the organization’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Programme Management & Calendar Planning: Contribute to the execution of learning and talent initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and engaging, relevant content. Assist in the planning and delivery of in-house learning experiences, collaborating closely with the team to ensure a seamless participant journey. Content Development & Learning Innovation: Curate and recommend relevant learning content and resources (both in-person and online) to foster a culture of continuous development. Assist in developing and refreshing learning materials, ensuring alignment with modern learning principles. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify needs and contribute innovative ideas for learning approaches. Administration & Operational Coordination: Manage vendor relationships, including quotations, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups. Coordinate logistics and ensure the smooth delivery of learning programs and talent initiatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date learning and talent data within key systems. Support the performance management cycle through timely reporting and proactive follow-up. Insights & Engagement: Collect and interpret data to provide insights that inform decision-making and improve program effectiveness. Champion process improvements and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and user experience across learning and talent platforms. Act as an advocate for the Learning & Talent agenda, promoting initiatives and supporting engagement across the business. Required Qualifications & Experience: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated passion for supporting employee growth and fostering continuous learning. Strong organizational and coordination skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and other reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., BI). Experience using survey engines and visual design tools. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Talent administration, with exposure to program delivery and stakeholder engagement. Why Join Us?
