**Job Summary:**

The Training Manager will play a vital role in developing and executing the hotel’s training initiatives. This position is responsible for the creation, implementation, and facilitation of the Hotel Training Plan and budget, aligning with the hotel’s objectives and strategic roadmap. The incumbent will conduct comprehensive annual training needs analyses, collaborate with department managers to identify development opportunities for team members, and proactively manage all training activities within the hotel.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop, coordinate, deliver, and follow-up on all internal training programs.
* Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with industry associations, external training providers, and academic institutions relevant to the hospitality sector.
* Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant information.
* Manage and update the Training Calendar to optimize learning resources and opportunities.
* Develop and maintain a centralized internal resource library of relevant multimedia materials.
* Contribute to the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
* Assist in the implementation of new policies, procedures, and standards.
* Prepare and submit comprehensive training reports.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel fire and life safety/emergency procedures.
* Attend all briefings, meetings, and training sessions as directed by management.
* Adhere to the highest standards of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
* Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications:**

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and innovative individual possessing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A demonstrable “Passion for Perfection” and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are essential. Additional requirements include:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Hotel Management.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in training/facilitation.
* Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
* Results-oriented and service-driven with meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure.
* A collaborative team player and builder.
* A self-motivated and proactive individual.
* Professional appearance and grooming.
