Job Description:**Re: Learning & Development Trainer Position**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to assume the role of Learning & Development Trainer, contributing to innovation in curriculum and operational development. The successful candidate will support the Training Team in reporting, activity facilitation, and the development of Trainers, Team Leaders, and emerging Leaders.
**Responsibilities of the Learning & Development Facilitator:**
* Manage the complete lifecycle of learning and development services and processes.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all leadership learning initiatives, under the guidance of the Leadership & Development Manager and Operations Support Director.
* Collaborate with Site Program stakeholders (Operations, etc.) to establish a closed-loop feedback mechanism aimed at enhancing the efficacy of training programs.
* Foster the growth of new Trainers, Team Leaders, and emerging Leaders.
* Develop training modules and process documentation pertaining to leadership and development, based on the identified needs and requirements of key stakeholders (Operations, Partners, Operations Support, and other relevant departments).
* Implement comprehensive professional development plans and training programs with a focus on BPO leadership development.
* Provide strategic direction for new training and professional development initiatives, in collaboration with Operations and the Leadership & Development Core Team.
* Maintain adherence to established best practices within the training department, while simultaneously developing and disseminating new procedures as required.
* Participate in the review of training content/material design, development, and revisions, as necessary.
* Facilitate activities designed to enhance Operations’ ability to identify specialist opportunities.
* Maintain current reporting on training progress, effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
Skills:
As Learning & Development Facilitator, You Have…
- Must be a Graduate
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to implement these principles into a training curriculum
- 2+ years previous contact center experience preferred
- Experience in customer service training
- Experience in coaching and mentoring
- Knowledge of existing and emerging training methods and tools
- Deep passion for collaboration and learning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and interact with team members at various position levels
- Ability to multitask effectively and work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to develop employees through positive motivation
- Ability to adapt to change and innovation
