“Learning Designer”

Who would be passionate about designing unique training programs, materials, and activities.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.
• Work with subject matter experts and identifying target audience’s training needs·
• Attend Meetings as per request with clients or Trainers.
• Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments.
  Suggestions & Recommendations for new topics.
• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc.)
• Monitor Trainings delivery as per request for evaluation and development.
• Work in designing tailored programs as per need.
