The Lead Therapist is responsible for the effective management of the therapist team and the proficient execution of treatments, thereby ensuring an exceptional experience for guests and members while concurrently achieving established sales revenue objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee and execute therapeutic procedures, ensuring all therapists maintain current knowledge of treatments in accordance with prevailing legislation and company standards.
* Guarantee a seamless client experience encompassing bookings, payments, and consultation records management.
* Foster effective interaction and communication with clients, members, team members, guests, and the management team.
* Ensure the team diligently pursues and attains sales targets as defined by the Spa Manager, while maintaining accurate sales records.
* Enforce compliance with health, safety, and COSHH regulations, as well as adherence to club rules by members, clients, and guests.
* Manage customer feedback constructively, escalating issues or commendations as necessary to facilitate ongoing enhancements to products and services.
* Comply with all hotel security, fire, and health and safety regulations.
