The Lead Technical Engineer is a critical leadership position within the construction and building sector, responsible for the oversight and direction of all technical engineering aspects of assigned projects. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of fifteen years of relevant experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and project specifications. This individual will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and fiscally responsible completion of projects, while adhering to the highest standards of quality.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide leadership and management to the technical engineering team to achieve established project objectives.
* Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with project goals and timelines, ensuring optimal project execution.
* Conduct comprehensive technical reviews of project plans and specifications to guarantee regulatory compliance and adherence to best practices.
