The organization seeks a highly experienced and motivated Lead Software Engineer to join its innovative team. In this critical leadership position, the incumbent will manage and mentor a skilled team of engineers while also actively participating in the design, development, and deployment of advanced software solutions. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, the Lead Software Engineer will significantly contribute to the organization’s software development strategy, spearheading the integration of the next-generation Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable software solutions, contributing directly to code development.
* Direct the software development strategy, cultivating a culture of excellence and high performance within the engineering team.
* Oversee the successful integration and optimization of the no-code Manufacturing Execution System (MES), ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
* Collaborate with operations, IT, and other engineering teams to define MES requirements and configure the system to meet organizational needs.
* Manage and optimize cloud resources for software projects, ensuring efficient and cost-effective utilization.
* Architect and implement solutions for integrating diverse backend systems and APIs, including the migration from legacy systems.
* Mentor and develop engineers, providing technical guidance and promoting professional advancement.
