**Overview:**

Wood, a global leader in consulting and engineering, seeks a highly qualified Lead Quality & Inspection OSBL professional to support its Projects business in alignment with Ma’aden’s strategic project to develop a new gold mine and processing facility. This initiative contributes to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and Ma’aden’s 2040 Strategic Objectives.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage all aspects of Quality across the organization, ensuring the quality of services provided.
* Engage with key stakeholders to promote quality management and gather performance feedback.
* Plan and allocate resources (personnel and budgets) effectively to achieve agreed objectives and deliverables.
* Implement the Wood Business Management System (BMS), ensuring its effectiveness and monitoring compliance. Facilitate external BMS certification as required.
* Ensure consistent and effective implementation of Quality supporting systems (e.g., NCR, improvement actions, lessons learned).
* Support tenders and proposal activities for the organization.
* Plan and execute risk-based assurance plans, escalating significant findings to program/project leaders.
* Monitor and analyze delivery performance data, reporting themes and trends to senior leaders, and undertaking intervention as needed.
* Ensure quality support through Supply Chain processes for right-first-time delivery of products and services.
* Gather and act upon customer feedback to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

* Degree/diploma or equivalent in Quality Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
* Lead Auditor qualification from a recognized industry body (essential).
* Membership of CQI/ASQ Quality organizations, Project Management Institute, or equivalent (desirable).
* Formal training in recognized root cause analysis techniques (essential).

**Experience:**

* Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the associated industry.
* Comprehensive understanding of industry standards (ISO 9001).
* Proficiency in process and data analysis.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* High level of communication skills (written and spoken).
* Proficiency in the use of continuous improvement tools and techniques.
