Job Description:**Project Manager – Grid Software Services**

**Summary:**

This position entails managing, planning, and coordinating activities within grid software services projects to meet customer orders and needs, adhering to financial and commercial parameters while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role may also involve leading the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring successful project delivery through governance, visibility, and consistency across the grid software services portfolio.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of grid software and services projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
* Manage project schedules, risks, contracts, and budgets, maintaining transparency through comprehensive reporting and governance.
* Serve as the primary customer interface, presenting progress, managing expectations, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
* Establish and maintain PMO standards, including templates, processes, and tools, to drive consistency across all projects.
* Develop and maintain performance dashboards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and executive reports to track project and regional portfolio health.
* Facilitate project review and governance meetings, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of key risks and issues.
* Support resource planning, prioritization, and portfolio tracking to optimize team utilization and project outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with internal quality, documentation, and delivery standards.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in electrical network and SCADA, EMS, and DMS.
* Experience in the delivery of grid-based software/IT and connectivity solutions.
* Demonstrated knowledge of PMO principles, governance, and portfolio management.
* Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
* Proven ability to manage customer-facing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
* Experience leading teams across diverse cultures and virtual environments.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience establishing or refining a Project Management Office (PMO).
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proficiency in project analytics, reporting tools, and continuous improvement frameworks.
* In-depth understanding of the GCC energy and digital grid software market.
