Wood, a trusted leader in providing design and advancement solutions, seeks a highly qualified Lead Materials & Warehousing professional to join our project team supporting Ma’aden’s strategic gold mine and processing facility in Saudi Arabia. This is a long-term, site-based position. The selected candidate will initially be based in either our Riyadh or Al-Khobar office prior to site mobilization.
The Lead Materials & Warehousing professional will be responsible for the oversight of all material control, storage, and warehousing operations at the project site. This includes ensuring material traceability and timely availability in accordance with project requirements.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage all aspects of material receipt, inspection, and storage procedures.
* Maintain accurate inventory control systems and documentation.
* Coordinate with construction teams to facilitate efficient material issuance and return processes.
* Ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and quality standards.

**Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 15 years of experience in warehouse/materials management.
* Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
* Prior experience working on site-based EPC/EPCM projects.
