Spearhead lead generation efforts by researching and identifying prospective clients through platforms such as LinkedIn, email databases, and relevant online resources. Develop and maintain lead lists utilizing CRM systems and outreach platforms. Qualify leads based on established criteria and subsequently route them to the sales department. Provide support for outbound email and LinkedIn marketing initiatives. Systematically monitor and report on key lead generation metrics. Maintain current knowledge of market trends, relevant technologies, and best practices in B2B outreach methodologies.
Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or digital services environment
- Familiarity with automation tools and AI-powered research tools
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and email outreach tools
- Organized, proactive, and responsive to feedback
- Excellent in English (written and spoken)
- Basic understanding of CRM systems is a plus
