Wood is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrical Designer to contribute to the design and advancement of global projects for a high-profile client. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the complexities inherent in Offshore Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) for upstream projects.

**Responsibilities**
* Proven track record in delivering complex offshore projects and working within multidisciplinary teams.
* Work under the supervision of Lead Design / Design Engineer
* Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure the timely realization of competitive, achievable, and serviceable solutions, including Production Information Documentation.
* Apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria to adapt and modify designs to address technical challenges.
* Contribute to and participate in formal and informal design reviews and the development of engineering changes.
* Execute the design process to realize project, product, and program plans.
* Create designs that meet specifications within project plan constraints.
* Generate adequate Product Information/Technical Product Documentation to qualify, integrate, produce, and test products.
* Collect and analyze information to provide timely reports to various stakeholders and management. Provide regular status reporting to applicable management and departments to enable them to take required actions.
**Qualifications**
* Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least five years in a similar role.
* Experience in the oil & gas, offshore FEED
