You will manage and mentor designers, leading streams of work end-to-end, and collaborate closely with clients to shape product and service visions. This role calls for strong leadership, a well-rounded understanding of product — from research and strategy through to production — and the ability to manage and inspire both stakeholders and your team.Your ProfileLead streams of work within larger programs, ensuring quality, alignment, and timely deliveryFacilitate workshops, co-creation sessions, and design reviews with bilingual (Arabic/English) communication when neededCollaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to create integrated solutionsChampion human-centered design principles and ensure they are embedded in all deliverablesTranslate complex insights and requirements into clear design direction.Act as a cultural bridge between teams and clients in the GCC/MENA contextContribute to proposals and business development when requiredWillingness to travel within the Middle East for client engagementsYour Skills and ExperienceBilingual fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken is a mustProven ability to lead teams and manage multiple streams of work simultaneouslyStrong portfolio showcasing ownership of the full design process of digital products and servicesProficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)Strong facilitation and presentation skills for client and stakeholder sessionsUnderstanding of GCC/MENA cultural and market contexts is a plus
