Job Description :
– Meet customers and guide them inside the store departments.- Provide accurate information such as product features, pricing, and after-sales services.- Responding to customers regarding products and services.- Show comparisons between prices and additional features to encourage customers to buy.- Supervise the consistency of storage operations and quantities displayed on shelves.- Supervise the procedures for the return and replacement of products.- Continuously informing customers of the latest special offers and discounts.- Submit periodic reports on customer feedback to the store manager.- Constant access to new products and services.
Job Requirements :
Experience not less than 5 years in Laptop Sales.Good understanding of the retail process.Familiarity with the principles of consumer behavior.Knowing the appropriate storage procedures for the products.Proficiency in performing arithmetic operations.The ability to achieve the required percentage of sales.Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.Ability to work on different shifts.
